TITANIC
Welcome to the Titanic conversation club. Today we will be talking about what happened to the White Star Liner way back in 1912, a tragedy of such epic proportion that it has become world famous and captured the imaginations of film makers and ordinary millions of people the world over. So what is it about this particular story that makes it so special? After all, many other big ships were lost during the same period, not to mention World War I and World War II. The answer is simple: Titanic was supposed to be "unsinkable".
